What Is Domiciliary Care?
Domiciliary care can often be a cost-effective alternative to residential care homes, enabling you to maintain your independence within the comfort of your own home. Whether you require just a few hours of additional support a week or full-time care, we can provide you with a service tailored to meet your needs.

Our Full Range of Home Care Services Includes:
Daily Living Care
We can help you stay living independently in your own home if you find yourself starting to struggle with your daily routine from just a few hours a week to more intensive support. Our service can include personal care, meal preparation, assistance with medication and domestic tasks.
Our respite care service involves temporary care or emergency care providing short term support. This service also offers temporary assistance for families who require relief or a short break.
Many of our clients are elderly. Our carers are extensively trained to provide elderly care support, including advanced moving and handling training for frail people.
A change in environment and routine can drastically affect someone living with dementia. That’s why care in your own home is often very beneficial. Our team are trained to deal with the symptoms of dementia and can offer support when required.
We believe your need for extra support shouldn’t prevent you from doing the things you enjoy. If you require it, our friendly carers can help you with social activities, outings, shopping, or just sitting at home having a chat.
Our Training & Recruitment Process
We pride ourselves on the quality of our care staff and the extensive training that all our carers undertake.
All our carers sit a three-day induction course provided in house and specific to the job role. The course includes training in Moving and Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and an “Introduction to Care” course which concludes by the provision of the care certificate. Our staff then undertake a shadowing programme until they are fully prepared and confident to start.
All our staff have a valid Enhanced Criminal Records check, and appropriate references are obtained and always verified.
All our staff are fully vetted before we recruit them.
We can help you arrange the care provisions you require and give you the options available to your financial circumstances.
Council Funded Care
If you are eligible, your local council can support you in finding a carer and funding your care.
They will conduct a needs assessment to establish what your requirements are and your financial situation.
If you are financially eligible and will benefit from care support, the council will contact us to provide your care package.
We would then conduct an assessment to specialise our service to your requirements.
If you have more than £23,250 in savings or assets, you are not eligible for council-funded care.
We can provide you with an assessment free of charge to help you determine the costs of your care package.
