Hands In Harmony is recruiting an Office Administrator, based at our Wolverton Mill office, to help with the day-to-day administration in a busy local home care agency.

Your time will be split between keeping the client and staff records up to date, assisting with adhoc queries and dealing with any general administrative matters that crop up.

We are looking for someone who has: excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, a good telephone manner, good written English skills, and able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

You will also need to have a full driving licence and a car as occasionally you may need to run errands.

Pay & Benefits

  • Salary: £17,500 – £18,500
  • Hours : 37½ per week
  • Holiday : 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
  • Pension : Auto-enrolment after three months
